Trinity protocol

NextOverview

Last updated 1 year ago

Trinity is now live on the Optimism Sepolia testnet at

The Trinity protocol enables users to borrow against yield-bearing collateral, such as tokenized T-Bills. Users mint TRI, a highly liquid dollar-based token, against their deposited collateral. TRI can be used to generate leveraged T-Bill yields, provide liquidity on secondary markets, and/or capture Trinity protocol fees through staked TRI (sTRI).

The next steps in the rollout of Trinity include:

  • Finalizing the protocol’s ongoing audit to ensure security and reliability

  • Onboarding a select group of initial users

  • Increasing adoption of TRI across DeFi and gradually opening Trinity to more users

For more information on Trinity and its features, see the full announcement on the TrueFi forum.
